Situation:
Homecare Homebase, an integrated software solution for Homecare and Hospice agencies, automates workflow, billing and regulatory compliance. HCHB lacked consistency in its branding and positioning making identification by their target audience difficult.

Solution:
A new brand platform was developed to leverage HCHB’s unique selling proposition and present the organization as a partner in building the customer’s business. The look of their marketing materials was updated and unified and corporate ID guidelines were created to ensure consistency in the presentation of the HCHB brand across all company correspondence and marketing materials.

Result:
HCHB sales increased 70+% during the first year of the re-branding.
